- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Global Infrastructure Services.
- Manage scheduling and agenda coordination.
- Handle expense reports and travel arrangements using Concur.
- Welcome and assist visitors and suppliers.
- Oversee daily office logistics and general services.
- Coordinate orders and invoicing in collaboration with accounts payable using Coupa.
- Organize internal and external events, including seminars and meetings.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and global initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication across various departments and international peers.
- Currently pursuing a degree in administration, management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Concur is advantageous.
