Chanel Accounts Payable Specialist

- Manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate accounting of invoices without orders in compliance with accounting and tax regulations using Basware.
- Ensure correct accounting of invoices with orders for both stocked and non-stocked purchases, reconciling invoices and orders in Basware.
- Validate invoices in Basware and liaise with internal Chanel departments to complete order receipts.
- Address issues related to fees, VAT, and URSSAF for artist authors.
- Utilize SAP and Coupa to review orders and monitor quality controls for purchases.
- Process and track advance payment requests using Coupa and SAP.
- Respond to inquiries and follow-ups received in the service's general mailbox.
- Perform supplier account closing tasks, including accounting for provision slips and validating provision justifications.
- Manage unbilled receipts and monitor the clearing of FNP.
- Analyze advances and deductions in collaboration with the payment service.
- Monitor accrued charges and conduct control checks on automatic provisions.
- Create monthly analysis reports and perform internal control tasks, including analysis of recurring charges and justification of direct entries in SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bac+2)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP FI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digitalized accounts payable department.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bac+2)
