1. Manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate accounting of invoices without orders in compliance with accounting and tax regulations using Basware.
2. Ensure correct accounting of invoices with orders for both stocked and non-stocked purchases, reconciling invoices and orders in Basware.
3. Validate invoices in Basware and liaise with internal Chanel departments to complete order receipts.
4. Address issues related to fees, VAT, and URSSAF for artist authors.
5. Utilize SAP and Coupa to review orders and monitor quality controls for purchases.
6. Process and track advance payment requests using Coupa and SAP.
7. Respond to inquiries and follow-ups received in the service's general mailbox.
8. Perform supplier account closing tasks, including accounting for provision slips and validating provision justifications.
9. Manage unbilled receipts and monitor the clearing of FNP.
10. Analyze advances and deductions in collaboration with the payment service.
11. Monitor accrued charges and conduct control checks on automatic provisions.
12. Create monthly analysis reports and perform internal control tasks, including analysis of recurring charges and justification of direct entries in SAP.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bac+2)

1. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
2. Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP FI
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digitalized accounts payable department.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bac+2)
