1. Provide guidance to operational teams on the use of Coupa and Basware, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient order management.
2. Act as a liaison between operational teams and the accounting department to optimize invoice management.
3. Facilitate the accounts payable community to harmonize Coupa processes.
4. Analyze the FNP account related to Coupa receipts and certain P&L accounts.
5. Ensure accurate accounting of invoices with orders in compliance with accounting standards.
6. Analyze and clear the account of outstanding invoices related to Coupa receipts.
7. Reclassify certain P&L lines as necessary.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management (Bac+3)

1. Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP FI
2. Strong command of office tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
3. Knowledge of Basware and Coupa
4. Fluent in English, particularly in written communication
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Strong organizational and analytical skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Minimum of 5 years in a digitalized accounts payable department or as a financial analyst.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management
