- Monitor and optimize operations of a major Travel Retail account in Europe.
- Support the Area Manager in managing the account sustainably and optimally.
- Ensure efficient commercial relationships to implement brand strategy.
- Guarantee the application of commercial agreements and participate in defining annual agreements.
- Conduct performance analyses to inform negotiation strategies and account development.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to optimize brand development.
- Handle operational requests from operators and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and support annual account negotiations.
- Manage the forecasting process in collaboration with the account manager and sales assistant.
- Collaborate with Travel Retail Sales Managers to consolidate and share field knowledge.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal business lines and expertise.
- Coordinate and ensure proper implementation of brand activation on the account.
- Develop the strategic cruises distribution channel, including strategy definition and distribution optimization.
- Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Proven experience in Business or Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Marketing sensitivity.
- Strategic and business outlook.
- Rigor and organizational skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
Candidates should have a first successful experience in Business or Marketing.
Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
