Chandon Senior Controlling & Treasury Manager

- Manage costing, inventory forecasts, project analysis, and actuals follow-up to ensure financial control and business visibility.
- Conduct monthly follow-up of costs, inventories, and capital expenditures, identifying deviations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure working capital health.
- Challenge Capex budgets, anticipate investment impacts on profitability, and align with strategic objectives.
- Drive analysis for high-quality decision-making, manage cash-flow and financing, and coordinate expense allocation and valuation of new wines.
- Supervise registration and control of product invoicing and activities, ensuring timely recording and price/cost control.
- Identify and implement process improvements, digitalization, and automation opportunities.
- Develop and lead all forecast processes, ensuring high accuracy and effective communication.
- Coordinate and ensure monthly P&L closing reports and financial information for three wineries.
- Oversee treasury activities, including cash flow management and financial projections, to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring proper delegation and performance assessment.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, BP&A, or Controlling.
- Strong analytical skills and financial rigor with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in operational controlling, financial planning & analysis, and budget management.
- Experience in managing CAPEX projects and investment analysis.
- Understanding of internal control processes and asset management.
- Proficiency in accounting, costing, and management tools such as Essbase, SAP, and SyRUS.
- Ability to adapt to and manage change and complex situations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Leadership skills with the ability to animate meetings and drive results.
Minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis, business performance analysis, or controlling, with a proven track record in operational controlling and budget management.
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
