Chandon Operations Performance Analyst Intern

- Analyze current supply chain processes across Chandon domains.
- Propose and implement validation processes for volume and allocation with support from supply and logistics teams.
- Participate in the deployment of volume and allocation validation processes in each domain.
- Engage in forecast review meetings with markets.
- Review and ensure compliance with MH traceability standards.
- Coordinate with domains to ensure adherence to local regulations.
- Implement necessary export standards and regulations in collaboration with domains and regulatory services.
- Assist in the development of packaging and POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
- Produce timelines for projects, monitor progress, and propose actions to meet deadlines, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Organize and participate in project team meetings, emphasizing risks/opportunities and recommending actions.
- Maintain communication with marketing teams regarding project progress and cost/quality/timeline aspects.
- Contribute to new product development meetings, ensuring management validation and action follow-up.
- Support the deployment of LVMH and MH environmental policies at each site.
- Monitor the environmental certification program.
- Support the environmental community in developing sustainable viticulture, biodiversity preservation, and carbon emission reduction.
- Track action plans and verify annual environmental data reporting (Cascade).
- Assist in sharing and deploying group safety objectives across domains.
- Facilitate follow-up meetings for action plans.
- Monitor the workplace safety certification program.
- Analyze data and draft progress reports for management.
- Support analysis and presentation of ad-hoc projects, budgets, and PMT.
- Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or business school.
- Proficiency in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
