Chandon Operations Controller

- Manage data in SAP, including vendors, customers, and fixed assets master data.
- Participate in regular production planning meetings to anticipate costing requirements and update costs in SAP for each SKU.
- Monitor the monthly closing process, ensuring effective management of inventory accounts and analyzing bulk wine operations.
- Analyze non-recurring costs and ensure proper SAP booking and final reporting in Topaz.
- Oversee the Capex process within the BP&A team, including forecasting investments, asset creation in SAP, and monthly follow-up analysis.
- Conduct monthly closing analysis and reconciliation of all fixed assets accounting movements.
- Assist production planning in setting standard costs and analyzing production orders, identifying variances versus standard cost.
- Deliver month-end bulk wine inventory reconciliation and assist in sales and cost of goods sold reconciliation.
- Ensure creation and maintenance of all vendor master data and support accounts payable process optimization.
- Create and maintain fixed assets master data in both SAP and local Capex master database.
- Assist in preparing the Capex budget process and calculate and follow up on depreciations.
- Master's degree in Finance or equivalent college degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of company practices.
- Proficiency in managing complex data and communicating results.
- Forecasting outcomes and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Understanding of production basics and SAP FICO module.
- Business acumen, diplomacy, and integrity.
- Action-oriented with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
