Chandon HR Generalist Assistant

- Manage the talent pool for emerging talents, including apprentices, interns, and VIEs, by gathering needs, participating in selection, pre-boarding, and onboarding processes, advising managers and talents, and maintaining relationships with educational institutions.
- Monitor the performance review campaign across global wineries and coordinate related communications.
- Contribute to the annual talent review process by analyzing talent data to inform management decisions, such as succession planning.
- Assist in coordinating and delivering local training programs, researching and recommending learning resources, and tracking employee development activities.
- Support the administration of employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement.
- Contribute to global HR initiatives, including internal communications, newsletters, onboarding programs, corporate social responsibility reports, and conflict of interest campaigns.
- Audit and ensure the reliability of HR data, document HR processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Generate monthly reports and track HR metrics, conduct research and analysis on HR best practices, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage HR invoices, track costs, and organize events to boost employee engagement.
- Integrate new employees through pre-boarding and onboarding, and assist with HR-related inquiries.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Fluency in English, the working language at Chandon.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
