Chandon Global HR Tech and Data Project Manager

- Lead HR technology projects across Chandon's global wineries, from initiation to completion, including the development of HRIS roadmaps and change management.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business applications.
- Ensure compliance of HR systems with LVMH and Moët Hennessy standards and local regulations.
- Oversee HR data collection, storage, and analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and implement data policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Contribute to HR budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with finance teams.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement best practices.
- Support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology and data management, business analytics, or project management with a global focus.
- Proficiency in HRIS processes and experience with HRM systems such as SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or SuccessFactors.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Affinity for data analysis and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
A minimum of 5 years in HR technology and data management, business analytics, or project management with a global focus is required.
Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
