- Lead HR technology projects across CHANDON's global operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of HRIS.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure compliance with LVMH standards and local regulations.
- Provide user support for HRIS and identify technology solutions to enhance HR processes.
- Oversee HR data management to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Finance to prepare HR budgets and forecasts, ensuring budget compliance.
- Lead the delivery of annual Social and CSR reports, coordinating with HR teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and promote best practices in technology and data.
- Support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to presentations for top management.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology and data management with a global focus.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High standards of work execution and attention to detail.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology and data management, business analytics, or project management with a global focus.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
