1. Lead HR technology projects across CHANDON's global operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of HRIS.
2. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure compliance with LVMH standards and local regulations.
3. Provide user support for HRIS and identify technology solutions to enhance HR processes.
4. Oversee HR data management to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
5. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
6. Collaborate with Finance to prepare HR budgets and forecasts, ensuring budget compliance.
7. Lead the delivery of annual Social and CSR reports, coordinating with HR teams and stakeholders.
8. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and promote best practices in technology and data.
9. Support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to presentations for top management.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology and data management with a global focus.
3. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
4. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
