1. Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
2. Manage customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role within the luxury goods sector.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
5. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within the luxury watch or broader luxury goods industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
