1. Respond to telephone and written inquiries from Swiss trade partners.
2. Input and process orders efficiently.
3. Manage monthly invoice dispatch.
4. Handle employee orders.
5. Maintain the RIS B2B platform.
6. Oversee and verify AD sample collections in the system.
7. Manage inventory lists and update customer and shipping lists.
8. Ensure phone presence for the Swiss market 2-3 times a week until 17:00.
9. Order POS materials and create various documents such as inventory lists, bestseller lists, and export papers.
10. Assist with customer inquiries and support sales analyses and statistics.
11. Manage basic assortment lists for key accounts.
12. Administer distribution contracts and dealer agreements.
13. Support campaign coordination according to international guidelines.
14. Assist with online shop promotional activities and joint activities with key accounts and retailers.
15. Coordinate materials for special decorations.
16. Support the creation and distribution of B2B newsletters.

1. Commercial education background.
2. Initial experience in sales coordination, preferably in the watch industry.
3. Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with diverse individuals across markets.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Initial experience in sales coordination, ideally within the watch industry.
