Certina Sales and Marketing Coordinator

- Respond to telephone and written inquiries from Swiss trade partners.
- Process and manage order entries.
- Conduct monthly invoice dispatch.
- Handle personnel orders.
- Maintain the RIS (B2B platform).
- Manage and control AD sample collections in the system.
- Administer inventory lists.
- Update customer and shipping lists.
- Ensure telephone presence for the Swiss market 2-3 times per week until 17:00.
- Order POS materials.
- Create various documents such as inventory lists, bestseller lists, promo lists, and export papers.
- Assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain sales-supporting analyses and statistics.
- Manage basic assortment lists for key accounts.
- Administer distribution contracts and dealer agreements.
- Support coordination of campaigns according to international guidelines.
- Accompany advertising activities related to the online shop.
- Coordinate joint activities with key accounts and specialist retailers.
- Coordinate materials for special decorations.
- Assist in the creation and dispatch of B2B newsletters.
- Commercial training or education.
- Initial experience in sales support, ideally within the watch industry.
- Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with diverse individuals across markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage in customer contact and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility and openness to new experiences.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
Initial experience in sales support, preferably within the watch industry.
Commercial training or education.
