Certina Sales and Marketing Coordinator

1. Respond to telephone and written inquiries from Swiss trade partners
2. Enter and process orders
3. Send monthly invoices
4. Handle personal orders
5. Maintain the RIS (B2B platform)
6. Manage and control AD sample collections in the system
7. Manage inventory lists
8. Update customer and shipping lists
9. Ensure phone presence for the Swiss market 2-3 times a week until 17:00
10. Order POS materials
11. Create various documents such as inventory lists, bestseller lists, promo lists, export papers, etc.
12. Assist with customer inquiries
13. Maintain sales support analyses and statistics
14. Manage basic assortment lists for key accounts
15. Administer distribution contracts and dealer agreements
16. Support coordination of campaigns according to international guidelines
17. Accompany advertising activities around the online shop
18. Support joint activities with key accounts and specialist retailers
19. Coordinate materials for special decorations
20. Assist in creating and sending B2B newsletters

1. Commercial training
2. Initial experience in sales support, ideally in the watch industry
3. Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with a variety of people from different fields in the markets

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
2. SAP knowledge is an advantage
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
4. Bilingual in German and French with very good English skills (spoken and written)

Initial experience in sales support, ideally in the watch industry.
