Responsibilities
- Define Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines at the showroom in collaboration with merchandising teams.
- Communicate VM guidelines to local VM and merchandising teams for each collection launch.
- Collect VM reports from regions and provide feedback according to VM guidelines.
- Participate in in-store rotations to create and share best practice displays.
- Respond to local requests with solutions while respecting global VM guidelines.
- Share qualitative feedback with HQ VM and retail merchandising teams after each launch.
- Train local VM teams, including zone VM experts and ambassadors.
- Develop and animate the dedicated VM digital application.
- Participate in retail briefs for store openings and retrofits.
- Work on VM zonings and their follow-up.
- Plan frequent travels.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the luxury visual merchandising industry.
- High interest and understanding of men's fashion.
- Past experience in menswear visual merchandising is ideal.
Skills
- Strong training and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator) and Windows Office pack.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising within the luxury industry.
Education Requirements
University or postgraduate degree in management for fashion industries.
