Celine Wholesale Business Analyst

- Centralize and harmonize sales reports from third-party sellers, including sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, and stock coverage.
- Update Power BI reports to provide visibility and insights to the commercial team.
- Coordinate and animate network and product performance through monthly performance reviews.
- Develop detailed business reviews for key partners ahead of buying sessions and during quarterly reviews.
- Serve as the main contact point for consolidated worldwide performance.
- Conduct pricing analysis.
- Act as the primary contact for finance during key financial periods, including Budget, Revision 1, Revision 2, and the 3-Year Strategic Plan.
- Develop strategic plans and network evolution for both medium-short and long-term.
- Translate strategic vision into metrics used by other departments.
- Ensure harmony and complementarity among different distribution channels.
- Prepare and conduct budget presentations.
- Establish monthly business planning updates for internal visibility.
- Calculate monthly invoicing targets per collection and product activity.
- Translate revenue targets by collection into production units per product activity, connecting finance and supply departments.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly targets.
- Maintain strong relations with business planning and supply departments regarding monthly production requirements.
- Ensure a fluid and constant stream of information, both bottom-up and top-down.
- Collaborate with wholesale commercial teams to calculate OTB for major partners.
- Challenge commercial teams on proposed targets.
- Provide functional assistance for the buying platform JOOR.
- Update and rework Buying Session reporting in Power BI based on collection requirements.
- Follow up on invoices related to the commercial department and travel expenses.
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and agile
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to work transversally with other teams
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a preference for candidates who have international experience.
Master’s degree is required.
