1. Maintain and cultivate relationships with celebrities, stylists, and agents in France.
2. Identify partners and celebrities that align with the brand's image and coordinate celebrity dressings for red carpet events and key occasions in France.
3. Organize and participate in fittings with French celebrities and brand ambassadors.
4. Prepare and manage the selection of looks for dressing requests, collaborating with the press department to release and negotiate requested looks.
5. Coordinate the dispatch and return of samples with the showroom team.
6. Research and propose new talent in France that aligns with the brand's image.
7. Develop and implement product placement strategies, including casting proposals and liaising with agents for product placements in France.
8. Prepare press releases for the French market.
9. Contribute to the overall logistics of fashion shows, including organizing invitations, listings, look selections, and celebrity fittings.
10. Supervise and manage an intern.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business or a related field.

1. Strong relationship-building skills with celebrities and industry professionals.
2. Excellent organizational and logistical skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or team, with a strong understanding of the fashion industry.
