1. Develop strategies and budget proposals to enhance US visibility while maintaining brand image, including pop-ups, store openings, and product placements.
2. Conduct competitive benchmarking to inspire innovative ideas in product placements, fashion show activations, and dressing moments.
3. Monitor emerging talent for potential collaboration opportunities.
4. Review and strategize around the US product launch calendar to determine necessary support levels.
5. Lead communications with stylists regarding talent approvals and dressing proposals.
6. Oversee sample movement in coordination with the VIP Coordinator between the NY showroom and Paris.
7. Conduct research on rising talent across various industries.
8. Brainstorm and finalize regional talent proposals for gifting activations.
9. Pitch product launches to stylists and agents to engage their clients.
10. Review monthly budgets with the Head of VIP and US Accounting to ensure accurate billing and budget adherence.
11. Implement budget cuts and savings models as requested by Paris.
12. Place sample orders in accordance with the approved annual budget.
13. Support stylists and assistants with talent shopping appointments, purchases, and special orders.
14. Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the VIP Coordinator and Freelancer.
15. Coordinate with VIP Development and stylists on custom projects for timely delivery during award seasons and film festivals.
16. Collaborate with Press Teams and talent PR on VIP stories, ensuring all assets are captured during pre-event preparations.
17. Develop invitation lists for fashion shows in collaboration with the Head of VIP for review by Paris.
18. Oversee dressing proposals with HQ for VIPs and organize fitting schedules.
19. Coordinate travel arrangements for US VIPs in collaboration with the VIP Coordinator.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
2. Experience with luxury brands.
3. International experience is advantageous.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship development and maintenance.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Agility in execution amidst ambiguity.
7. Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.
8. Willingness to travel as required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience. Additionally, there is a bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
