Celine VIP Intern

- Submit editorial and VIP dressing requests to Paris headquarters for daily approval.
- Lead communication with stylist assistants regarding sample send-outs and returns.
- Maintain an image inventory of London-based VIP samples and compile dressing proposal PDFs for stylists.
- Utilize Launch Metrics platform to input new VIP samples and track VIP send-outs.
- Oversee the packing of all samples entering and leaving the showroom.
- Coordinate messenger services for sample pick-up and drop-off from stylists and VIPs.
- Arrange domestic and international sample shipments, including vendor contact, proforma invoice preparation, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor photo agencies throughout the day for images of celebrities wearing brand products.
- Maintain and update the regional VIP announcement media list by tracking editorial shifts.
- Monitor social media periodically for VIPs wearing Celine.
- Manage logistics for seasonal gifting initiatives, including receiving products, packaging, gift wrapping, and shipping.
- Coordinate monthly birthday gifts, ensuring safe delivery to VIPs.
- Manage logistics for show invitations and gifts.
- Research rising talent in entertainment and music industries for potential collaborations.
- Compile monthly reports on emerging talent for the VIP manager.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Launch Metrics is a plus.
- Extremely detail-oriented with an organized approach to work.
- Ability to work well in a team, communicating clearly and articulately.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills in unexpected situations.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for luxury fashion and the celebrity/entertainment industries.
- Strong interest in the music industry.
- Understanding of the confidential nature of the department.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
