Celine VIP Intern

- Submit editorial and VIP dressing requests to Paris headquarters for daily approval.
- Lead communication with stylist assistants regarding sample send-outs and returns.
- Maintain image inventory of London-based VIP samples and compile dressing proposal PDFs for stylists.
- Utilize Launch Metrics platform to input new VIP samples and track send-outs.
- Oversee packing of all samples entering and leaving the showroom.
- Coordinate messenger services for sample pick-up and drop-off with stylists and VIPs.
- Arrange domestic and international sample shipments, including vendor contact, proforma invoice preparation, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor photo agencies and social media for images of celebrities wearing brand products.
- Maintain and update regional VIP announcement media list.
- Manage logistics for seasonal gifting initiatives, including gift wrapping and shipping.
- Coordinate monthly birthday gifts, including calligraphed notes and florist arrangements.
- Manage logistics for show invitations and gifts.
- Research rising talent in entertainment and music industries for potential collaborations.
- Compile monthly reports on emerging talent for the VIP Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Launch Metrics is a plus.
- Extremely detail-oriented with an organized work approach.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a small team environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth in a collaborative setting.
- Passion for the luxury fashion and celebrity/entertainment industries.
- Strong interest in the music industry.
- Understanding of the confidential nature of the department.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or entertainment industry.
