1. Identify and assess training needs for retail teams in the Thai market.
2. Design, develop, and deliver both in-person and virtual training programs focused on brand knowledge, collections, and client experience.
3. Implement training programs tailored to local needs, including new store openings and CRM initiatives.
4. Adapt and execute induction programs for new hires, collaborating with Store Managers and Training Ambassadors.
5. Prepare and customize training materials for various programs.
6. Conduct post-training follow-ups to ensure the effectiveness and application of skills.
7. Perform in-store observations and coaching to maintain high client service standards.
8. Plan and manage the annual training budget, monitoring expenses.
9. Collaborate with Central and SEAO Training Teams for global and regional training initiatives.
10. Select and manage external training suppliers as needed.
11. Plan and execute projects to support retail learning, such as seminars and recognition programs.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or related fields.
2. Certified Trainer status is advantageous.

1. Strong business acumen and field coaching experience in luxury retail.
2. Excellent planning, presentation, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
4. Knowledge of digital learning platforms.
5. Creative and innovative thinking.
6. Energetic with attention to detail.

A minimum of 6 years of training experience in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or related fields.
