1. Identify training needs for the market and curate training interventions to support retail teams in achieving business goals.
2. Design, develop, and deliver effective in-person and virtual training programs focused on brand knowledge, collections, selling ceremonies, and client experience.
3. Adapt and execute new hire induction programs and collaborate with Store Managers to ensure impactful onboarding.
4. Prepare and adapt training materials for respective programs and conduct post-training follow-up to ensure effectiveness.
5. Conduct in-store observations, role plays, and coaching to ensure high standards of client service and knowledge.
6. Propose, plan, and manage the annual training budget and monitor expenses.
7. Collaborate with Central for the implementation of global training initiatives and programs.
8. Select and manage external training suppliers when necessary.
9. Plan and implement projects to support retail learning, such as seminars and recognition programs.
10. Collaborate with the SEAO Training Team to implement specific learning interventions for the region.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business or related disciplines.
2. 6 years of training experience in a retail environment, ideally in luxury fashion.
3. Certified Trainer credentials are advantageous.

1. Strong business acumen with field coaching experience in luxury retail.
2. Excellent planning, presentation, and communication skills.
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
5. Familiarity with digital learning platforms.

Minimum of 6 years of training experience in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business or related disciplines.
