1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels, including email and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a personal client book.
7. Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other service issues.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably with a focus on luxury sales.
2. Client book management experience is strongly preferred.
3. Business school or university degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Proficiency in computer software and the ability to learn new programs.
2. Strong service orientation and customer focus.
3. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
5. Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
