1. Lead and mentor a team of GCP developers.
2. Define development standards, best practices, and target architectures.
3. Ensure code quality and review pull requests.
4. Serve as the technical authority on GCP-related topics.
5. Design and develop robust, scalable solutions on GCP, particularly with Cloud Run and Dataform.
6. Model and optimize data models stored in BigQuery.
7. Actively participate in development activities.
8. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other agile team members.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
10. Design business-specific data models.
11. Manage partners by ensuring team resource allocation and optimization.
12. Oversee project budgets and ensure their adherence.
13. Deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
14. Ensure stability, performance, and security of production environments and provide support (Run).
15. Stay informed about the latest GCP trends and innovations.
16. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC +5)
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

5. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse functional teams
7. Ability to understand business needs and develop appropriate solutions
8. Proficiency in French and English

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with a focus on data management and team leadership.
