Celine Team Manager

- Manage a team of Client Advisors, fostering their development through goal setting and regular meetings.

- Maintain the highest degree of client service daily, supporting a strong repeat business and prospecting mindset.
- Utilize POS systems effectively, ensuring staff proficiency.
- Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment.
- Provide monthly business reports as required by Corporate.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting, with an emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills for staff, peer, and supervisor interactions.
- Action-oriented and result-driven.
- Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
A minimum of 6 years in retail, focusing on operations, store management, or office administration, ideally within a luxury context.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
