1. Lead and support a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.

4. Develop and manage team members, embodying CELINE's culture and values.
5. Oversee the sales floor to ensure seamless and exceptional client encounters.
6. Foster deep client relationships through tailored service and exclusive experiences.
7. Uphold operational efficiency and compliance with CELINE's standards and legal requirements.
8. Serve as an ambassador for CELINE, maintaining the store's image and brand standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management within the luxury/fashion industry.
2. Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
