- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective commercial strategies and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury/fashion retail.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to create exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships using advanced clienteling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs, make strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellence in effective communication with team members, clients, and management.
- Passion for fashion and deep understanding of Celine's products, heritage, and brand identity.
- Customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
