Celine Team Manager, Operations

1. Oversee daily operations and enhance efficiencies in the Holt Renfrew Vancouver store.
2. Implement brand guidelines and propose solutions to elevate customer service and retail operations.
3. Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates through regular coaching and performance reviews.
4. Participate in succession planning and recruitment for team roles, ensuring candidates meet company standards.
5. Supervise team adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.
6. Conduct onboarding and training for new hires, focusing on operational processes and product flow management.
7. Manage weekly cycle counts and annual inventory, collaborating with Inventory Control to maintain accurate reporting.
8. Develop policies to minimize stock loss and manage stock replenishment processes.
9. Lead operational projects and support store and HQ during launches.
10. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and manage store facilities.

1. Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
4. Commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
5. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
6. Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and Health and Safety legislation.
