Celine Team Manager, Operations

- Oversee daily operations and enhance efficiencies in the Holt Renfrew Vancouver store.
- Implement brand guidelines and propose solutions to elevate customer service and retail operations.
- Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates through regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Participate in succession planning and recruitment for team roles, ensuring candidates meet company standards.
- Supervise team adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct onboarding and training for new hires, focusing on operational processes and product flow management.
- Manage weekly cycle counts and annual inventory, collaborating with Inventory Control to maintain accurate reporting.
- Develop policies to minimize stock loss and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Lead operational projects and support store and HQ during launches.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and manage store facilities.
- Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and Health and Safety legislation.
Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
