Celine Team Manager, Operations

- Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager, in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager and/or Team Manager.
- Ensure client experience is prioritized and processes are client-service oriented.
- Support the Store Manager in driving best practices and operational efficiency.
- Act as project lead for operational projects, providing support during launches.
- Deliver stock optimization analysis, reporting, and forward planning.
- Ensure client data is captured and qualitative, providing solutions where necessary.
- Manage Health and Safety compliance in line with company policies.
- Monitor P&L aspects to reduce costs and enhance store efficiency.
- Oversee store facilities management.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player with self-motivation.
- Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and Health and Safety legislation.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Passion for customer service and sales focus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
$90,000 to $105,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
