- Manage a team of Operations Associates, providing regular coaching and development.
- Conduct recruitment and succession planning for team roles, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory processes.
- Implement and supervise store policies to prevent stock loss and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead operational projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Store Manager in optimizing client service processes and store operations.
- Act as the leader in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail operating systems.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of USA retail laws and health and safety legislation.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, including 3 years in a management position.
