1. Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates through regular coaching and meetings.
2. Implement and oversee inventory management processes, including weekly cycle counts and yearly inventory.
3. Support stock loss targets by establishing new policies and procedures.
4. Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring client experience is prioritized.
5. Act as a project lead for operational initiatives, providing support during launches.
6. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and manage store facilities.
7. Monitor P&L to enhance store efficiency and reduce costs.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of USA Retail Laws and Health and Safety Legislation.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
6. Commercial acumen and customer service orientation.

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a management position.
