- Oversee the management of staff, merchandise, and client experience.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Develop and coach a team of Client Advisors through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Recruit and onboard new hires, ensuring they are trained to deliver exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Corporate partners to ensure excellence in client service.
- Utilize POS systems effectively and ensure staff proficiency.
- Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment.
- Lead visual merchandising efforts to enhance the client shopping experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury.
- Proficiency in computer software and POS systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with a passion for luxury products.

A minimum of 6 years in retail, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably within a luxury context.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $105,000-$125,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
