1. Manage a team of Client Advisors, developing and coaching staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
2. Build a growth-oriented environment through daily coaching, weekly checks, and monthly reviews.
3. Ensure direct reports maintain a strategic mindset focused on commercial success, reflected in consistent KPI achievement.
4. Participate in team succession planning by training and developing support personnel.
5. Recruit candidates for all team levels, ensuring qualifications meet company standards.
6. Supervise team and enforce company policies, adhering to procedures for disciplinary action.
7. Onboard, train, and develop the team to provide exceptional client service and drive sales.
8. Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions.
9. Maintain communication with corporate offices and other stores.
10. Utilize POS systems effectively and ensure staff proficiency.
11. Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment.
12. Provide monthly business reports as required by Corporate.
13. Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
14. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold visual merchandising standards.
15. Support Visual Merchandising in planning and implementing an innovative visual environment.
16. Review sales frequently and take corrective actions to improve results.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting, with an emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
3. Candidates with client books are strongly preferred.
4. Desire to work in retail with a focus on management.
5. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.

Position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably within a luxury context.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100-120K annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
