- Manage a team of Client Advisors, developing and coaching staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Build a growth-oriented environment through daily coaching, weekly checks, and monthly reviews.
- Ensure direct reports maintain a strategic mindset focused on commercial success, reflected in consistent KPI achievement.
- Participate in team succession planning by training and developing support personnel.
- Recruit candidates for all team levels, ensuring qualifications meet company standards.
- Supervise team and enforce company policies, adhering to procedures for disciplinary action.
- Onboard, train, and develop the team to provide exceptional client service and drive sales.
- Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions.
- Maintain communication with corporate offices and other stores.
- Utilize POS systems effectively and ensure staff proficiency.
- Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment.
- Provide monthly business reports as required by Corporate.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Support Visual Merchandising in planning and implementing an innovative visual environment.
- Review sales frequently and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting, with an emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
- Candidates with client books are strongly preferred.
- Desire to work in retail with a focus on management.
- Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
- Action-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably within a luxury context.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from $100-120K annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
