1. Manage a team of Client Advisors, providing development and coaching through goal setting and regular meetings.
2. Build a growth-oriented environment through daily coaching, weekly checks, and monthly reviews.
3. Ensure direct reports maintain a strategic mindset focused on commercial success and consistent KPI achievement.
4. Participate in succession planning by training and developing support personnel.
5. Recruit candidates for all team levels, ensuring qualifications meet company standards.
6. Supervise team adherence to company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions.
7. Onboard new hires, train, and develop the team to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.
8. Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions, reporting to the Training Manager and Store Manager.
9. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold visual merchandising standards.
10. Meet sales goals as set by the Regional Director of Stores and empower the sales team to achieve maximum results.
11. Maintain the highest degree of client service daily and support the team in building a strong repeat business mindset.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.

6. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.

Minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
