- Manage a team of Client Advisors, providing development and coaching through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Build a growth-oriented environment through daily coaching, weekly checks, and monthly reviews.
- Ensure direct reports maintain a strategic mindset focused on commercial success and consistent KPI achievement.
- Participate in succession planning by training and developing support personnel.
- Recruit candidates for all team levels, ensuring qualifications meet company standards.
- Supervise team adherence to company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions.
- Onboard new hires, train, and develop the team to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.
- Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions, reporting to the Training Manager and Store Manager.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Meet sales goals as set by the Regional Director of Stores and empower the sales team to achieve maximum results.
- Maintain the highest degree of client service daily and support the team in building a strong repeat business mindset.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Action-oriented and result-driven.
- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
Minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
