1. Lead and support a team of Client Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective commercial strategies and KPI monitoring.
2. Foster a results-oriented culture, promoting proactive sales and client engagement.
3. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of CELINE’s products, craftsmanship, and heritage within the team.
4. Maintain close collaboration with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align strategies and identify business development opportunities.
5. Inspire and develop team members through personalized development plans and continuous training.
6. Oversee sales floor operations to ensure exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency.
7. Serve as a prominent ambassador for CELINE, embodying the brand’s sophisticated image and values.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within the luxury fashion sector.
