- Lead and support a team of Client Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective commercial strategies and KPI monitoring.
- Foster a results-oriented culture, promoting proactive sales and client engagement.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of CELINE’s products, craftsmanship, and heritage within the team.
- Maintain close collaboration with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align strategies and identify business development opportunities.
- Inspire and develop team members through personalized development plans and continuous training.
- Oversee sales floor operations to ensure exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a prominent ambassador for CELINE, embodying the brand’s sophisticated image and values.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within the luxury fashion sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to create exceptional client experiences and build enduring relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities for KPI assessment and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for effective information sharing and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
