- Lead a team of Client Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective commercial strategies and KPI monitoring.
- Foster a results-oriented culture, promoting proactive sales and client engagement.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of CELINE’s products and heritage within the team, providing continuous training and support.
- Maintain close collaboration with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align strategies and identify business development opportunities.
- Inspire and motivate the team, embodying CELINE’s values and excellence.
- Cultivate individual team member growth through personalized development plans.
- Advocate for continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team.
- Create a collaborative and supportive team environment, celebrating successes and fostering open communication.
- Oversee sales floor operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a prominent ambassador for CELINE, embodying the brand’s sophisticated image and values.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with over 3 years in management within the luxury/fashion sector.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to craft exceptional client experiences and build enduring relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess KPIs and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellence in communication with team members, clients, and leadership.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury or fashion industry.
