1. Lead a team of Client Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective commercial strategies and KPI monitoring.
2. Foster a results-oriented culture, promoting proactive sales and client engagement.
3. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of CELINE’s products and heritage within the team, providing continuous training and support.
4. Maintain close collaboration with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align strategies and identify business development opportunities.
5. Inspire and motivate the team, embodying CELINE’s values and excellence.
6. Cultivate individual team member growth through personalized development plans.
7. Advocate for continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team.
8. Create a collaborative and supportive team environment, celebrating successes and fostering open communication.
9. Oversee sales floor operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency.
10. Serve as a prominent ambassador for CELINE, embodying the brand’s sophisticated image and values.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with over 3 years in management within the luxury/fashion sector.

1. Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
2. Ability to craft exceptional client experiences and build enduring relationships.
3. Strong analytical abilities to assess KPIs and drive strategic decisions.
4. Excellence in communication with team members, clients, and leadership.
5. Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
6. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
8. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
9. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury or fashion industry.
