- Lead the team in achieving and surpassing sales targets through effective commercial strategies and monitoring of KPIs.
- Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, encouraging proactive sales and client engagement.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of CELINE’s products, craftsmanship, and heritage among team members.
- Inspire the team through leadership that embodies Maison’s values and excellence.
- Cultivate individual growth through personalized development plans.
- Oversee the sales floor to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Guide the team in exceeding client expectations through coaching and feedback.
- Foster deep client relationships using clienteling tools and techniques.

- Serve as an ambassador for CELINE, ensuring the store reflects the brand's luxury and elegance.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in management within the luxury/fashion sector.
- Proven leadership in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to craft exceptional client experiences and build enduring relationships.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing KPIs and driving strategic decisions.
- Excellence in communication with team members, clients, and leadership.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of CELINE's products and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a management role within the luxury or fashion industry.
