1. Lead the team in achieving and surpassing sales targets through effective commercial strategies and monitoring of KPIs.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in management within the luxury/fashion sector.

3. Strong analytical skills for assessing KPIs and driving strategic decisions.
4. Excellence in communication with team members, clients, and leadership.

7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
8. Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
