1. Serve as a CELINE brand ambassador, adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
2. Maintain a professional and enthusiastic approach to product and brand representation.
3. Foster open and constructive communication within the team.
4. Train new sales associates on product knowledge and store procedures.
5. Achieve individual and team sales targets and support team members in their sales efforts.
6. Assist the Store Manager in team development and integration of new hires.
7. Deliver exceptional client service in line with CELINE's selling ceremony.
8. Expand the local client network through advanced clienteling skills.
9. Build and maintain lasting client relationships.
10. Manage client information to enhance client retention and acquisition.
11. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store objectives.
12. Monitor inventory and inform management of replenishment needs.
13. Support visual merchandising efforts in line with CELINE standards.
14. Ensure proficient use of POS systems and participate in inventory management.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
