- Support strategic projects such as monitoring real estate assets and creating action plans to reduce energy intensity.
- Facilitate internal stakeholder engagement to minimize carbon footprint.
- Assist in sustainable construction projects by integrating desired sustainability criteria.
- Develop or enhance cross-functional tools in collaboration with CSR and Store Planning departments.
- Contribute to future project development, including energy market analysis and supply strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the transport division to optimize transportation impact.
- Establish a unified strategy with the CSR division on certifications and compliance.
- Engage and manage internal and external partners to enhance their expertise in sustainability.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program specializing in Sustainable Development, Environment, or CSR, ideally within an engineering or architecture curriculum or equivalent university program.
- Strong interest in Sustainable Development with a comprehensive understanding of construction techniques.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate proactivity.
- Team spirit, rigor, and perseverance.
- Proficiency in office software and IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Fluency in French and English.
No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
