1. Support strategic projects such as monitoring real estate assets and creating action plans to reduce energy intensity.
2. Facilitate internal stakeholder engagement to minimize carbon footprint.
3. Assist in sustainable construction projects by integrating desired sustainability criteria.
4. Develop or enhance cross-functional tools in collaboration with CSR and Store Planning departments.
5. Contribute to future project development, including energy market analysis and supply strategy adjustments.
6. Collaborate with the transport division to optimize transportation impact.
7. Establish a unified strategy with the CSR division on certifications and compliance.
8. Engage and manage internal and external partners to enhance their expertise in sustainability.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program specializing in Sustainable Development, Environment, or CSR, ideally within an engineering or architecture curriculum or equivalent university program.

1. Strong interest in Sustainable Development with a comprehensive understanding of construction techniques.
2. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate proactivity.
4. Team spirit, rigor, and perseverance.
5. Proficiency in office software and IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
6. Fluency in French and English.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
