Celine Supply Chain Trainee

- Oversee distribution planning across the store network, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with logistics and central counterparts to maintain stock alignment with business needs, considering events, seasonality, and holidays.
- Manage overstock within the network, conducting frequent pullbacks to maintain safety stock levels.
- Ensure timely and adequate service to fulfill store product requests, fostering trust in the supply chain model.
- Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries for autorep and seasonal orders.
- Improve supply chain dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs.
- Manage product distribution for 'out of network' events, ensuring clear communication on product availability.
- Develop and maintain a 'reverse' calendar for stock movement visibility, monitoring compliance and conversion.
- Master’s degree in progress, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of work or internship experience.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with remote work on Fridays.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and retail industries.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
At least 2 years of relevant work or internship experience, preferably in retail or distribution within the fashion and leather goods sector.
Master’s degree in progress in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
The compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, dependent on the candidate’s skills and experience.
