1. Manage the procurement process, including supporting tendering and RFP processes, conducting financial and spend analysis, negotiating with suppliers, implementing legal agreements, and monitoring supplier performance.
2. Develop strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize costs by building a database of historical cost drivers, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, assisting in defining a Preferred Supplier List, and ensuring compliance with risk management and sustainable procurement practices.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally by supporting the Design team in cost-effective initiatives, sourcing and negotiating for boutique construction and renovation projects, reporting on project financial performance, and understanding the needs of the Store Planning team.

1. Master's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, or a degree specializing in purchasing/procurement.

1. Comprehensive understanding of construction procurement processes and cost drivers in retail environments.
2. Sensitivity to design and value engineering, with the ability to collaborate with design teams for cost-effective solutions.
3. Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for construction projects.
4. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage financial data and track project progress.
5. Collaborative and proactive approach to building strong relationships and driving project success.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

2-3 years of experience in procurement specific to architecture or construction, preferably within a retail context, or experience as a Store Planner with a focus on financial performance and cost optimization.

Master's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, or a degree specializing in purchasing/procurement.
