1. Oversee the overall management of the concession, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Build and develop highly motivated teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
4. Conduct monthly one-on-one staff reviews and evaluate individual performance.
5. Retain and develop staff by identifying growth potential and providing systematic induction and follow-up.
6. Assist sales associates with customer service issues and ensure the highest degree of customer service is maintained.
7. Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with buyers for OTB and ordering responsibilities.
8. Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports.
9. Maintain store appearance, adhering to grooming and styling standards.
10. Ensure key documents are kept in store and manage staff schedules and coverage.
11. Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and enhance client relationships through clienteling.
12. Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and build effective teams.
2. Customer service orientation and social perceptiveness.
3. Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.

A minimum of 7-10 years in store management, ideally within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
