Celine Store Manager

- Oversee the overall management of the concession, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop highly motivated teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one staff reviews and evaluate individual performance.
- Retain and develop staff by identifying growth potential and providing systematic induction and follow-up.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and ensure the highest degree of customer service is maintained.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with buyers for OTB and ordering responsibilities.
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports.
- Maintain store appearance, adhering to grooming and styling standards.
- Ensure key documents are kept in store and manage staff schedules and coverage.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and enhance client relationships through clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation and social perceptiveness.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
A minimum of 7-10 years in store management, ideally within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
