1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
3. Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising and Client Management to maximize product categories and foster synergy.
4. Negotiate with external stakeholders to plan and execute events that align with the Maison's strategies.
5. Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example and strong presence on the shop floor.
6. Identify and attract top talent, providing coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
7. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
9. Supervise the operations manager and ensure product availability and efficient stock management.

1. Retail experience required
2. Over 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion industry

1. Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
2. Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving results
3. In-depth understanding of retail KPIs
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5. Passion for fashion and deep understanding of CELINE's brand identity
6. Client-centric mindset
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
8. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment

Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail sector, with significant exposure to luxury or fashion business management.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience
