- Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
- Manage the P&L of a significant turnover store.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to offer the best in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspire the team to reach these targets.
- Act as the liaison between the head office and the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Oversee stock and store planning.
- Guarantee the proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
- Recruit and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Manage sizeable teams effectively.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills and agility.
- Talent for coaching and developing a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in full-offer stores.
Master's or Bachelor's degree
