1. Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
2. Manage the P&L of a significant turnover store.
3. Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Establish a client-centric mindset to offer the best in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspire the team to reach these targets.
6. Act as the liaison between the head office and the store.
7. Serve as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
9. Oversee stock and store planning.
10. Guarantee the proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
11. Recruit and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit.
12. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
13. Manage sizeable teams effectively.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree

7. Talent for coaching and developing a team.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
9. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in full-offer stores.

Master's or Bachelor's degree
