- Monitor store performance and stay informed of market trends.
- Manage the profit and loss of a significant turnover store.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance in-store experiences and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into concrete daily targets and inspire the team to achieve them.
- Serve as the liaison between the head office and the store.
- Act as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
- Oversee stock management and store planning.
- Guarantee proper execution of digitalization tasks within the store.
- Identify and recruit new talents.
- Manage and develop the team to drive business success.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
- Effectively manage sizeable teams.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong business acumen and results-driven approach.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coach and develop a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and curiosity.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in full-offer stores.
Master's or Bachelor's degree.
