1. Monitor store performance and stay informed of market trends.
2. Manage the profit and loss of a significant turnover store.
3. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance in-store experiences and achieve CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into concrete daily targets and inspire the team to achieve them.
6. Serve as the liaison between the head office and the store.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
9. Oversee stock management and store planning.
10. Guarantee proper execution of digitalization tasks within the store.
11. Identify and recruit new talents.
12. Manage and develop the team to drive business success.
13. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
14. Effectively manage sizeable teams.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree.

4. High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.

6. Ability to coach and develop a team.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and curiosity.
8. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in full-offer stores.

Master's or Bachelor's degree.
