- Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
- Oversee the Profit & Loss of a high-turnover store.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance the in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
- Translate store objectives into concrete daily targets and inspire the team to meet these targets.
- Act as the liaison between the head office and the store.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, endorsing the culture and values of Celine.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Manage stock and store planning.
- Guarantee the execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
- Recruit and develop new talent, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Regularly coach the team to develop key skills and manage sizeable teams.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt with agility.
- Talent for coaching and team development.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in full-offer stores.
Master's or Bachelor's degree
