1. Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
2. Oversee the Profit & Loss of a high-turnover store.
3. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance the in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into concrete daily targets and inspire the team to meet these targets.
6. Act as the liaison between the head office and the store.
7. Serve as a brand ambassador, endorsing the culture and values of Celine.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
9. Manage stock and store planning.
10. Guarantee the execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
11. Recruit and develop new talent, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit.
12. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills and manage sizeable teams.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree

6. Ability to prioritize and adapt with agility.

8. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
9. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in full-offer stores.
