1. Monitor store performance and remain aware of market trends.
2. Manage the P&L of a significant turnover store.
3. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with management to implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Establish a client-centric mindset to enhance the in-store experience and achieve CRM objectives.
5. Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspire the team to achieve them.
6. Act as the liaison between the head office and the store.
7. Serve as a brand ambassador, endorsing the culture and values of Celine.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
9. Oversee stock management and store planning.
10. Guarantee the execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
11. Identify and recruit new talent.
12. Manage and develop the team to drive business success.
13. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.
14. Manage sizeable teams effectively.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree.

8. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 5 years in full-offer stores.

Master's or Bachelor's degree.
