- Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop highly motivated teams and foster associate growth.
- Maintain clear store organization and communicate organizational changes.
- Engage in staff recruitment and induction processes in collaboration with Human Resources and Regional Manager.
- Conduct regular staff reviews and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and coach the team to maintain high customer service standards.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
- Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and monitor store appearance.
- Create staff schedules and manage planning of paid holidays and absences.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and empower sales staff through clienteling.
- Understand and manage store performance by product category and maintain merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 7-10 years in store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
- Action-oriented and results-driven with the ability to motivate others.

Minimum 10 years of store management experience in a luxury setting is required.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
