- Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising and Client Management to maximize product categories.
- Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence.
- Negotiate with department stores and external partners to plan and execute events.
- Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example.
- Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR to enhance team performance.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication.
- Provide coaching and supervision to team members, supporting their career development.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in store operations.
- Supervise the operations manager to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee administrative and logistical operations, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Represent the brand in community activities and develop relationships with nearby store managers.
- Ensure the consistent presentation of the CELINE brand image in all aspects of the store.
- Retail experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams
- Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results
- In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and strategic decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and understanding of CELINE's brand identity
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business.
