1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
3. Possess a deep understanding of CELINE products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
4. Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising and Client Management to maximize product categories.
5. Foster a results-oriented culture within the team, promoting operational excellence.
6. Negotiate with department stores and external partners to plan and execute events.
7. Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example.
8. Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR to enhance team performance.
9. Create a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication.
10. Provide coaching and supervision to team members, supporting their career development.
11. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in store operations.
12. Supervise the operations manager to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy.
13. Oversee administrative and logistical operations, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
14. Represent the brand in community activities and develop relationships with nearby store managers.
15. Ensure the consistent presentation of the CELINE brand image in all aspects of the store.

1. Retail experience required
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business

3. In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and strategic decision-making
